Sit, Breathe & Stretch 1: a slow-paced guided meditation for little ones
A gentle, slow-moving cartoon character follow-along that teaches basic breathing and calming stretches.

Moovlee uses a friendly animated monkey to guide young children through simple breathing and stretches. This six-minute video is quiet and structured, very slow at a 15-second shot average. It is an ideal fit for Dreamer and Companion play styles, specifically children aged 4 to 5. Older children over 8 will find the simple animation and slow pace babyish. It is gentle enough to bring a wound-up little one right down, a great wind-down.

Which kids will love it?
Why it works
The slow movement of the character and calm instruction give a clear, easy-to-follow rhythm, and by asking the child to breathe along, it actively lowers heart rates, which is what makes it such a settling watch. Dreamers get the most from it, with Companions behind. It will read as babyish to older kids, so there is a real rejection risk past age 8. For sensory-avoiding kids, and for ASD and PDA needs, it is a safe watch.
When to reach for it
- Bedtime routine. At 6 minutes, this slow breathing follow-along is perfect for transitioning children into sleep mode.
- Post-meltdown cool-down. The slow visual counting and gentle physical stretching help settle anxious or overstimulated minds.

Questions parents ask
Do parents need to guide the stretching?
The cartoon monkey demonstrates every pose slowly, meaning children can follow along independently once set up.
Is the music loud?
No. The background track consists of soft, repetitive relaxing chords that support the breathing pace.
